SCOPE: Phase III CM services for the construction of a new full interchange on I-90 at IL 23 and the construction of 3 new roundabout intersections. Responsibilities include contract administration; establishing horizontal and vertical controls; construction engineering and inspection; monitoring costs and schedule; measuring and documenting contract pay quantities; construction layout verification; monitoring construction staging and MOT; on-site material and quality assurance testing; utility coordination, and project documentation, and close-out.
